Our products have been robustly made using the finest quality materials. However we know that some dogs can sometimes be incredibly hard on their collars and leads and we have a couple of tips for you to follow to keep your products looking as fabulous as they day you bought them!
All our products are machine washable (ensure its on a delicate warm water cycle). We suggest putting our leads and collars inside a sock or a laundry bag to protect the hardware.
Please ensure products are air dried and not placed on a radiator as this can cause damage to your products.
Any collar or leash will show wear with time, usually in the form of fraying edges, this can be cleaned up with sharp scissors, if you need any help or advice on this please contact us
