SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns/Exchanges

If you find you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item we can rectify the issue and make it right. We ask you contact us within 7 days of your order at sidneyandsapphire@gmail.com so we can resolve said issue!

All returns must be returned to us in all the original packaging in an unworn condition. Return postage will not be reimbursed and we recommend having the return package signed for as we cannot be liable for missing post. We do not accept returns on any personalised/made to order products such as ID tags, hoodies and sweatshirts unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for a different size IE collar, they must be returned to us in all the original packaging in an unworn and sellable condition.

All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, although we aim to dispatch same day if orders placed before 4pm. All products are shipped via Royal Mail with a choice between 2nd class delivery and 1st class.

Orders including human apparel can take up to 14 days for arrival due to being made to order. Please allow up to 10 days before contacting us about a missing parcel.

We ship worldwide, prices are set at checkout. All international orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail, international deliveries can currently take up to 30 days to arrive. International customs charges and tax are not within our control and you may be required to pay these dependant on your country and location.
